Raw material:

Aluminum panel: high quality 3003h24 alloy aluminum plate is mainly selected as the base material, and fluorocarbon roller coated plate with thickness of 0.7-1.5mm is used.

Aluminum base plate: the thickness of the base plate is 0.5-1.0mm.

Aluminum honeycomb: the core material adopts hexagonal 3003h18 aluminum honeycomb core, with aluminum foil thickness of 0.04-0.07mm and side length of 5-6mm.

Adhesive: two component high molecular epoxy film and two-component modified epoxy resin are used.

Generally, the size shall not exceed 1500 * 5000mm. 2000 * 6000mm large aluminum honeycomb panel can be customized for special requirements.
