As a new wall decoration material, aluminum veneer can decorate the wall neatly and gracefully, beautiful and elegant, and it is particularly convenient to maintain. Therefore, aluminum veneer products have been widely used in various places (high-speed rail, airports, commercial buildings, etc.).
It is not difficult for us to find that the aluminum veneer industry is mixed, and the quality is uneven. The common problem is that the aluminum veneer is deformed. Then, why are some aluminum veneers deformed? There are mainly the following reasons:
01·
The plate has few side ribs and middle ribs, which deform under the wind pressure and air tension. In order to save costs, some small manufacturers omit the middle ribs and side ribs, fold the aluminum plate into a box shape, screw the screws on the frame, and then glue the plate gap. In this way, the inverted aluminum veneer is not strong enough, and deformation occurs under the influence of positive and negative wind pressure. Therefore, when choosing aluminum veneer, we should identify large manufacturers and do not excessively lower the price, otherwise unscrupulous businesses will do something about product quality in order to reduce costs.
02·
The plate is fixed with the curtain wall structural frame, which cannot release the thermal stress and cause deformation. Especially in areas with large seasonal temperature difference, aluminum plate is greatly affected by temperature, and aluminum plate and frame are prone to deformation due to temperature difference.
03·
In order to solve the problem of thermal stress deformation of aluminum veneer surface, the manufacturer will groove the folded plate into a box shape according to the size of plate folding on the grooving machine. Then cut and assemble the side rib profile into side rib frame according to the required size, install it into the box panel and fix it. In the production process, in order to ensure the construction period and cost no materials, forced assembly is often used, which will produce "bubbles" under the action of temperature and air expansion force. Forced assembly also usually occurs in small manufacturers. Immature technology and incomplete consideration are the main reasons that affect the deformation of aluminum veneer.
