The theme of Milan design week in 2022 is "between space and time". The annual Milan design week not only brings together world-renowned and emerging designers, but also brings industry conferences, creative project exhibitions and top new designs through their own design project sharing and integration.

01· FLOW

It is both a chair and a sculpture. The appearance and color of the seats seem cold, but the lines formed at one go give the works a sense of flowing energy. The speed and power representing energy are softened here, and the design reveals the charm of the future beyond linear space-time.

The relationship among armrest, backrest and seat height has been deliberated for many times, and aluminum alloy materials are used, and finally integrated.

02·“OUTLINE”

Materials make art. "Outline" is made of simple aluminum rods, which shows its organic form and beauty through structure and materials. The seemingly casual bends and unique curves give the seat a natural shape, making the work look like a soft and delicate net.

The slim lines, organic shapes and intricate visual effects make the seats look like they are being blown by the breeze. Aluminum alloy material has become a work of art.

03.Aluminum alloy material design with a strong sense of future

These two works were exhibited in sawaya&moroni exhibition hall during the design week. Obviously, such avant-garde design is not enough to comprehensively summarize the advantages of aluminum alloy materials, but it can take us a glimpse of the future of aluminum application design. There are more novel ideas brewing in the minds of designers. Perhaps one day, such aluminum furniture with aesthetic design will appear in our home.
