Bright colors refer to colors with high saturation, strong visual impact, and no excessive grayscale in aluminum veneer (fluorocarbon spray or powder spray).

Common bright colors include:

·Red series: bright red, vermilion, orange red;

·Orange series: bright orange, golden orange;

·Yellow series: lemon yellow, golden yellow, bright yellow;

·Green series: emerald green, grass green, fresh green;

·Blue series: bright blue, sky blue, cobalt blue;

·Purple series: Violet, bright purple.

In addition, some high gloss or metallic paints (such as shimmer silver and gold shimmer) may also appear bright due to their luster.

When making practical choices, you can refer to the high saturation and high measurement color codes on the RAL or PMS color cards.

In the Ra ú l color chart system, the most intuitive way to judge brightness is to look at the value of color saturation (Chroma) - the higher the value, the more vivid and pure the color.

The following color codes represent typical bright colors:

·RAL2017 Orange: A highly saturated bright orange with strong visual impact;

·RAL3022 salmon powder: described as a vivid and eye-catching warm pink orange tone with high recognition.

·RAL2004 pure orange: a classic bright orange commonly used as a warning color;

·RAL3020 Traffic Red: High saturation standard red, very eye-catching;

·RAL1026 Bright Yellow: An extremely bright yellow color with a fluorescent effect;

·RAL1018 Green Yellow/Zinc Yellow: A bright yellow with a green tone, very fresh and lively;

·RAL6018 yellow green: high saturation grass green, full of vitality;

·RAL5015 sky blue: a bright blue color resembling a clear sky;

·RAL4008 signal violet: purple represents a rich color.

There are three main reasons why bright colors of aluminum veneer are more expensive:

·High spraying cost: The purity requirements for bright colored pigments are extremely high, requiring expensive organic pigments or highly weather resistant inorganic pigments (such as titanium nickel yellow, cobalt blue). Compared to using cheap fillers for ordinary colors, the price of raw materials for bright colors may be several times or even higher.

·Difficulty in production process: Bright colors require strict uniformity of film thickness, spraying too thin can cause bottom penetration (color bleeding), and too thick can easily cause sagging (uneven surface). Moreover, bright colors have poor coverage. Ordinary colors can be sprayed 1-2 times, while bright colors may require 3 or even more times, which increases both labor hours and loss rates.

·High risk of weather resistance: Bright colors are more prone to fading. To ensure that there is no significant fading outdoors for 5-10 years, expensive UV absorbers need to be added or more stable fluorocarbon resins (such as PVDF content ≥ 70%) need to be used. If the cost is lowered, manufacturers may replace it with ordinary resin, resulting in severe discoloration within a few months.
