The exterior of a building is like a puzzle in the city, displaying wonderful rhythms through various materials and arrangements, conveying the image of the building in the city like a business card.
Folding design is very common in the application of building facades. In terms of function, the role of folding plates is mainly to organize scattered blocks. In terms of aesthetic appeal, folding plates can reduce the volume of buildings, increase lightness, and form rich light and shadow relationships and virtual real relationships.

In terms of exterior design, Xiamen Zhongjun Tianxi has deeply studied the world's luxury architectural language and the civilization of Egret Island, and comprehended the Minnan humanistic spirit of "setting sail". With the beautiful posture of the sail, the spiritual bone of the mast of the sailboat is taken as the facade to form vertical lines, which are then connected with the floating eaves at the head to create a strong and forward architectural spiritual power aesthetic.
The maritime spirit and striving culture of Xiamen have become important considerations for Zhongjun to build this irreplaceable land. Under the distinct labels of nature, architecture, art, and aesthetics, the Zhongjun Tianxi Tour's "Paris City Light" crystal diamond mirror art inspiration and the aesthetic facade of Dubai Sail Hotel integrate the Minnan humanistic spirit of "setting sail", shaping a strong and forward architectural spiritual power beauty with the beautiful posture of sails.

To present a sparkling visual effect, the plan has undergone countless rounds of careful consideration of different angles, light refraction, and other details. It is designed with an integrated aluminum plate material and a curved line, utilizing natural reflection from the light source to create a full screen crystal diamond mirror surface.
At the same time, the use of winding and changing lines combined with transparent floor to ceiling glass highlights the unique modernity and fashion of coastal architecture, completing the artistic creation of "gold and silver staggered, diamond surface waves", presenting a poetic atmosphere like the sea.
In terms of facade materials, Zhongjun Tianxi adopts imported brand aluminum composite panels with better strength and rigidity. The integrated line design naturally shapes the all night crystal diamond mirror surface with the help of light sources: maximizing the window to wall ratio, making the space more luminous and open, presenting a sparkling visual reflection on the building, and achieving the desired effect.

In the handling of details, Zhongjun Tianxi exudes a more sophisticated style. At the corner, the texture transition of aluminum plate and full screen french window is made, and the emphasis on the treatment of floating eaves on the head is connected with the vertical lines to create the strength of the sail, which is elegant, simple and luxurious; Assisted by the integrated folding process of aluminum plates, the building is still flat for about 8m, enhancing its modernity, fashion, and quality.
Large area floor to ceiling LOW-E glass, simple and clear, breaks through the visual barriers of traditional stone buildings, presenting a fully transparent appearance, making its vision wide, spatial composition seamlessly integrated with the surrounding scenery, highlighting the unique charm and fashionable style of coastal cities.

In a community of approximately 200000 square meters, Xiamen Zhongjun Tianxi draws inspiration from the "resort style garden" design of world-renowned hotels to present a star rated hotel resort style landscape surrounded by interactive water features and forests for Xiamen.
The entire garden landscape is divided into "Liangman" and "Ershi". Liangman "is an extension of beauty, which connects six different themed residential gardens to create a vacation garden style garden experience. 'Near luxury' means luxury and tranquility, integrating the homecoming route with the water system to create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of 'returning home for vacation'.

The tower complex of the Port of C è vre in France was built in 1975. The high-density tower complex stands alone by the river, with columns that have gradually aged after 40 years of wind and rain appearing dim light brown, forming a clear contrast with the bright and modern buildings that have risen from the ground.
The renovation project is named Citylights - City Lights, which is a perfect description. Its sparkling "bracelet" in the night sky makes it even more special, with lights shining on every floor, just as the designer originally expected, bringing a glimmer of hope to the once desolate suburbs.

Transforming an old building into an attractive new entity involves enormous challenges or obstacles, especially when the facade is old but not old enough to be endowed with historical significance and value.
The restoration design of large-scale building projects must consider the benefits and feasibility of the renovated buildings, so these buildings facing renovation have high design quality. In this project, the tower's plan is hexagonal, providing a 360 degree aerial view of Paris and its western suburbs.

The office space surrounding the central transportation core is relatively narrow, ensuring a comfortable office scale while also allowing natural light to cover every office seat. The building density of the tower cannot be considered low even by current evaluation standards, and the task of the architect is to highlight these unknown advantages of the building.
The prism shaped building volume overturns the common north-south yin-yang architectural pattern, with light penetrating the interior space and covering every corner. At the same time, glass exterior walls at different angles also reflect light into the building opposite them.

All workspaces are directly illuminated by sunlight, and open plan offices are relatively narrow, so no more than twelve people can be seen from anywhere. The final presentation of high-rise buildings is more densely packed than originally envisioned. One of the goals of this project is to uncover these values.
Whenever night falls, specially designed lights on the exterior walls of the building will be lit up, and circles of halos will appear on the office floors, restaurant floors, auditorium floors, or external spaces connected to the city, like strings of glowing bracelets. Just like the new name of the building 'City Light', the building shines with light, guarding the city.

The architect took off the weathered exterior of the tower group and, with the help of the project engineer, achieved a three-dimensional folding facade, adorning them with dazzling angular shackles. Perfectly describes the feeling of a hand embracing the building, shining brightly, and highlighting the tall buildings in the night sky.
In contrast to the previous rough outline appearance, the structure is endowed with charming depth. The multidimensional art of interlayer skirts is like a mirror, where light and brightness complement each other, using the wealth of nature to endow the city with infinite vitality.

The renovated apartments and office buildings have a brand new appearance and form, further enhancing their influence on the surrounding environment. The building facade and lighting make everything unique.
