Using geometric form language to showcase the appearance and personality of a building is also a common method used by architects. Even simple geometric forms can be processed through deformation, splitting, restructuring, and other means to present the most intuitive and profound impression to people.

In architectural design, diamond shape is a design language full of balancing power, with a unique aesthetic form. The combination of geometric shapes based on diamond shape can create three-dimensional facade effects on the plane. Let's explore the unique architectural language of diamond shaped facades together.

In the design of Guangzhou Automobile Acura's latest global image special store, the architect of DS · KAB takes inspiration from the Acura logo, draws inspiration from the soaring spacecraft, and combines it with the brand spirit of "precision and extraordinary" to create a futuristic car buying environment.

The new exterior design of the special store expresses the courage to soar into the sky, and the wilted iridescent board presents an extraordinary and ultimate visual experience. The aluminum composite material with high gloss iridescent coating on the building facade can create a sense of temporal and spatial changes in the sky under different lighting and viewing angles, and the visual effect is very stunning.

The interior design is also very eye-catching, with the setting of divergent channel guiding light strips in the exhibition hall, forming a unique perspective with the exterior walls, extending infinitely, showcasing a highly technological and futuristic visual impact. The overall decoration uses a metallic color scheme, creating a sense of space for the spacecraft and giving people the impulse to set sail.

During the day, sunlight acts on the colorful wall to create a sense of lightness and technology; At night, the changing light and shadow create a mysterious and profound atmosphere in the universe.

The architectural form showcases avant-garde personality, and the fleeting light penetrates the curtain wall, making customers feel as if they are in the cockpit shuttling through the stars; The linear overhead light extends towards the distance to guide the spacecraft, bringing a greater sense of space and unrestricted freedom.

WVH is a facade service provider with rich professional knowledge and experience, highly insightful and creative. It constantly explores the possibilities of new material applications, bringing surprising, efficient and cost-effective exterior wall solutions.

In the design proposal for WVH's office in Oirshot, Netherlands by LIAG Architects, the building facade is covered with elements of diamond shaped folding plates and diamond shaped eaves panels.

WVH, with a deep understanding and control of material properties and processing technology, uses white aluminum composite materials to achieve facade creativity. The lightweight and high-strength aluminum composite material is processed into a wilted folded plate, and the installation method of eaves is adopted, which not only creates a new way of shading, but also makes the building facade more dynamic and lively.

George Street is one of the most popular and bustling areas in Sydney. In the renovation project of 580 George Street, FJMT made a very "cool" design attempt. The architect used a "flying fish" shaped canopy along the street to connect the interior and exterior spaces of the first floor of the building, allowing the decorative grid of "580" to cleverly jump out of the entire George Street.

These stainless steel brushed, wilted folding skins create constantly changing tones for the interior of the lobby and urban public spaces, intertwined with natural sunlight reflection and warm lighting. Adding the "flying fish style" golden canopy, it astonishingly illuminates the unique scenery of George Street.

The architect attempted to create a diamond like surface through folding, blurring the distinction between the lobby and the street. Each diamond shaped brushed aluminum composite panel is unique, and these folded shapes reflect natural light and warm illumination of the interior space. Their shape and size create constantly changing tones for the lobby interior and urban public spaces.

In order to achieve the visual effect of the design, the form of each diamond panel is unique. This flexible exterior wall material is made of imitation stainless steel aluminum composite material, and its unique diamond shape and surface reflection characteristics well express the designer's design concept of light and shadow.

In order to achieve design effects, complex panel surfaces require systematic and systematic design and construction methods. Sunshades are suspended from existing buildings to give them a lightweight and floating aesthetic.

A series of organic folded diamond shaped surfaces serve as the main body, integrating existing buildings and streets into an interconnected space. The colonnade, sunshade, and facade have a dual identity of sculptural art and architectural elements, injecting dynamic vitality into the space.
