Zhiya Library in the Eastern New Area of Chengdu
——Location: Chengdu/Design: China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd
The project is located near the Financial Innovation Center in the Eastern New Area of Chengdu. The Zhiye Library is a composite urban aesthetic and cultural landmark that integrates reading, art, nature, life, and social interaction, showcasing the humanistic charm of a park city.
The building adopts a beam string spatial steel structure system with umbrella shaped support, and the beautiful umbrella shaped structure does not require any decoration, naturally presenting a light and floating architectural beauty.
The Zhiya Library adopts a double first floor design, with a spiral circular bookshelf naturally connecting the two levels of space, closely combining people's movements with book displays to create a warm and rich cultural atmosphere.

OPEN THE DOOR Art Bookstore
Location: Hangzhou/Design: Bedroom Space Design
This case is a design for a 180m space located within a waste factory.
In the commercial space, a circular circulation line is formed in the middle, and consumers pass through coffee bars, book tables, newsstands, music corners, and vinyl corner projection halls to constantly receive new character experiences and visual stimuli, stimulating everyone's curiosity and exploration.
Retro scene interpretation, shaping the character awareness of participants: Newspaper sharing and bookshelves are the most vivid parts of the space, movie style props stimulate customer curiosity, and high film production rates bring efficient dissemination to the store.

"Book Mountain" - Xinhua Bookstore Yugao Branch
Location: Hangzhou/Design: Architecture between Plants and Fields
Book Mountain is commissioned by Yuhang Senior High School and Xinhua Bookstore Group to implant a place for book and cultural exchange provided by Xinhua Bookstore in the teaching building of the high school.
The total construction area is 1153.2 square meters, and the original space is a rectangular shape in the vertical direction. The architectural structure is designed as several connected classrooms.
In terms of spatial design strategy, the Book Mountain bookstore can be seen as a continuous spatial device filled with interior space. The form of the "Mountain" in Book Mountain is an abstract traditional Eastern house structure, borrowing from the form of sloping roofs in Chinese architectural vocabulary, and combining four wooden roof trusses that move and stagnate with each other.

Interior Design of Sky Mountain Volume Bookstore
Location: Haikou/Design: Architectural Design of Case Pavilion
The Sky Mountain is the second new urban landmark built at the northern end of Haikou Bay. The indoor volume of this irregular building is like a sea area, and a large number of citizens and tourists are like schools of fish swimming in it.
Inspired by marine biological simulation and structural adaptation, spiral shaped flat bars, fluid dynamic seats, exhibition stands, and circular light tracks form a smooth and continuous archipelago, resembling scattered coral reefs on the seabed, responding to the expansion and distortion of space.
To maintain a clear view and accommodate the large undulating height of the building roof, no additional walls are installed to reduce interference with the roof; The track light system for upper and lower lighting has been renovated and optimized, with bookshelves and display boards providing different heights to accommodate the use of adults and children, as well as the height difference of indoor floors.

Parallel Socha Bookstore and Workshop Indoor and Outdoor Update Design
Location: Hangzhou/Design: Known Architecture
This project is located in Xiangshan Art Commune in Hangzhou, including a fork art bookstore located on the first floor of Building 32 and a workshop on the first floor of Building 52, both of which are connected by corridors.
The design technique is to quote the concept of "origami". The technique of origami is applied to the entrance of bookstores, outdoor signage, indoor bookshelves, wall installations, and even cash registers. Under a unified design concept, they also present their own characteristics.
The bookshelf uses galvanized steel pipes as the main structure, and the shelves are designed with PC boards covered with white village paper, and are sealed with U-shaped acrylic edges and angle aluminum edges.
The shelf looks light and slightly translucent, and can be manually operated to rotate, presenting a tilted or flat display posture, making the bookshelf move like an origami in your hand.

Zhongao Yanjiyou Bookstore
Location: Changchun/Design: Junjia Design
The site is the former site of Changchun Tractor Factory, with "Unfinished Symphony" as the theme of this design, creating a sense of synesthesia. The spatial order and grand aesthetics of the long brick wall architectural style are preserved, creating a new landmark that integrates historical context and modern aesthetics, from the evolution of form and atmosphere to unique spatial rhythm.
Designers use curved and circular spatial applications as abstract wheel imprints to echo the indelible memories of the times.
The rotating staircase swims through the air like a knowledge ladder, giving the project a unique IP symbol, amidst the dynamic feeling, jumping, and stretching. The combination of brass mirror stainless steel and wooden stairs creates a stunning visual tension and spatial hierarchy.

Seeking Bookstore
Location: Guangzhou/Design: MOC SIGN OFFICE
Mi Bookstore is a composite cultural bookstore brand under Shenzhen Friendship Book City, located in Huangpu, Guangzhou. Calculating, using ancient texts to explore and seek, designers draw inspiration from urban history and extract elements such as sails of ships and ancient houses in the South China Sea from the local cultural context of the Silk Road.
Integrating modern aesthetics with a complex community cultural life, integrating functions such as book reading, theater, learning, children's picture books, coffee, cultural and artistic activities, exhibitions, and communication, aiming to provide a comfortable and relaxed cultural community for the surrounding residents.

Anaya Archive Bookstore and Friendship Book Exhibition
Location: Qinhuangdao/Design: Zhizhu Architectural Firm
The Zongzong Bookstore is located in the Anaya Art Center on Qinhuangdao. Originally, it was a caf é with two spaces connected, one high and one low, totaling about 100 square meters.
The tone of the space is very dark. Against a black background, each bookshelf protrudes its own small light, only illuminating itself. Above the central drawing table, there is the softest light source, which is the center of this small stage. Books are the protagonists of this space.

Xinhua Bookstore, Yuxi, Nie'er Bookstore
Location: Yunnan/Design: Poetic Design Office of S+P Space
Yuxi, the hometown of patriotic musician Nie Er. There are many places in the local area to commemorate Nie Er, including the Xinhua Bookstore named Nie Er Book City. Entering the bookstore, three smoothly lined stairs appear to be connected by steel cables, running down from the top. The entire space is predominantly white in color, paired with natural wood for a quiet and comfortable feeling.
Between the interweaving of light and shadow, time slowly flows away. The main light source of the bookstore comes from the glass roof, and natural light shines into the room through the steel frame and glass, presenting a different appearance throughout the day.

Shanghai Green Tile Sports Bookstore
Location: Shanghai/Design: Greater than Architecture+Not Also Design Studio
The site building is the Ping Pong College Building of Shanghai Sports Institute, which continues the form of table tennis sculptures in the street corner flower beds. A large number of spherical decorative lights are designed to scatter indoors, and a circular light hole is designed at the top of the "main peak", named "Mingyue Mountain".
With Mingyue Mountain as the core, 15 small "book mountains" with stairs as the main theme are scattered in various spaces, respectively responsible for bookshelves, containers, seats, bars, podiums and other functions.
They form an isomorphic "mountain system" together with Mingyue Mountain, serving as physical spatial nodes for collecting books and accommodating people, while the grid path and open space formed by the "mountain clearing" allow visitors to freely cruise and complete a personal exploration of the bookstore during the journey from this mountain to that mountain.
